It does not reduce hairfall neither regrowth but it nourishes hair that's it and somewhere it helps in skin too .

After I used it for a weak I faced burping and feeling heavy stomach.Now after using it for a month I can see changes in my skin but it's not for hair ..skin getting good after use it .one more tip If you are using it then take it in the morning after breakfast only after noon it can be cause of headache or digestion problem .

I started using it 3 earlier and the result are pretty good my hair use to fall so much and now it is pretty controlled.
