While would never confuse this for regular pasta, I find that if I slightly undercook it, I am able to mix it in with tomato sauce and cheese and pop it in the oven briefly and it comes out appetizing. It is tasty with a good texture not just a mushy mess as most gluten-free pasta tends to have.

Follow the cooking instructions, and it’ll taste like the pasta recalled from pre-gluten-free days.It even boils over like “real” pasta. Watch it closely until you have volume, heat setting, etc., figured out.

Finally found a great pasta that fits my vegetarian gluten free diet. Can’t even taste the difference from the white flour pasta. Might be a bit pricier than white pasta but worth every penny. Hard to find in my neighborhood but I can always count on Amazon to come through for me❤️

Loved that this tasted just like noodles that are not gluten free. One family member needs this product but the rest of us don’t. This is making it so I can make one set of pasta for the whole family.Not gooey. Not slimy. Holds its shape. Tastes great!I’ve been buying again and again.

I had a friend recommend this pasta so I got some to try. It is excellent!!! I love pasta - I mean I LOVE PASTA - but really should be gluten free as it’s better for my thyroid. Now if I could just find gluten free lasagna and manicotti and large shells for stuffing I would be set for life!!! This pasta is great. You’ll love it.

There are a number of tasty, healthful pasta products to choose from now. I like this brand well enough. I like their brown rice spaghetti best. Wish they could make it in extra thin. Would like to see Amazon offer a three pack of just the brown rice spaghetti and or brown rice spaghetti with rice bran. But this trio of pasta is okay if all three packages are unopened and safe to eat. This pasta is of course a little healthier than regular pasta. And it stands up to sauce or cheese and milk okay - if - you pull it off the heat at just the right moment and rinse with icy cold ice water. Otherwise it’s mushy.

I've recently suffered 3 miscarriages and found that I have hypothyroidism. Going gluten free is said to help with the miscarriages for people with hypothyroidism. I've never eaten anything gluten free but I've heard horror stories about how awful it is.Tonight I made the penne noodles with my homemade Alfredo sauce. I won't lie, I was nervous.I swear to you, these noodles are no different than regular noodles and I did NOT receive a free product for my review! Seriously, I even gave my picky husband a bite and he agreed that they are amazing!

As with many foods this product is too pricey on Amazon.The product itself is hands down my favorite gluten free pasta that I've tried. There is no under or after taste and the noodles are good for use in any recipe. The no mush part, not so true if you leave them for even a minute too long, so just mind your cooking times.
