amazing company no better knife on the market

Decided to finally get decent kitchen knives and didn't want to waste money on a knife set that had several knifes I'd never use. So I decided to buy them individually and get exactly what I wanted. This filet knife was definitely a unique one. I love the idea of having a dedicated kitchen filet knife and not use the fish smell infused one from the tackle box. However I have learned this thing is amazing not just for fish but also for shaving fat off of beef or pork in hard to reach places.

This is the 5th Wusthof knife we have purchased this year, and all of them make cutting jobs actually more fun! The filet knife is the perfect size, and flexibility. Be extremely careful when using, as this is one VERY sharp filet knife.

The product is wonderful, but I will not order a this product through Amazon. When my wife ordered the product the packaging came without the product. It was very difficult getting our income put back on our card Amazon did not want to put the money back on the card. I will buy this awesome knife elsewhere.

Great knife! I think it's a 15°. Sharpens well with the Mighty Mac sharpener.

Disappointed about product....tip is really bent bad

For such an expensive knife, it would have been nice for it to come with a Sheath.
