As a 46 Yo woman, I'm having the fun experience of the great "shift".I have been treating my hot flashes with diet, and herbs.I was told no spicy stuff etc etc.This has helped a great deal, it takes about 2 weeks for you to really notice a big change.It has definitely helped calm the heat. I find myself waking up less, and my mood more balanced.Worth the money.

I was skeptical at first with these pills as my hot flashes and night sweats were so intense I felt that nothing would help alleviate my symptoms. Oh my gosh I’m so glad I took the leap and tried them. I didn’t see any results right away but other reviews mentioned that it takes a little while so I kept taking them without skipping every day. Two & a half weeks later I began to get results. My hot flashes ( which I was getting 5-6 a day) slowly began to diminish to the point now where I don’t get them at all. Oh my gosh, these pills are a life saver, I don’t plan to go anywhere without them. I’m so happy my doctor suggested them. Don’t suffer another day, try them, change your life!

I have tried several different brands of black cohosh and this one seems to work, by far, the best. it really keeps any hot flashes and night sweats under control. this is the only thing I take for any menopause symptoms, not on HRT.

I’m sure all women’s journeys are unique to them and I’m slowly entering in to mine that’s why the 4 stars. I think it’s helping but again I’m still just starting this supplement but I have noticed a decrease in hot flashes especially at night. My mother in law who buys from a different site switched to here and these with her comment “ I have looked for years and can’t get potency I’m switching now” I’ll update my review in a few months if I get the opportunity I will keep using this for sure.

Hot flashes were new to me. At first i had simple night sweats, no big deal barely bothered me while I slept. Suddenly out of nowhere i started getting hot flashes all day, every day, every night, omg I’ve never been so hot!!! It annoyed all around me since i needed the fans constantly. This affected my sleep and I was exceptionally grumpy. A friend told me about these tablets. I bought it and even though the serving says 1/day i took 2/day out of desperation. I’m not going to say it worked immediately because it didn’t. But I’m glad i gave it some time. I haven’t had a hot flash at at all the last 2 weeks. I’d say i waited a good 2-3 weeks of taking it daily to notice they were gone. Life is busy and i lose track of time. Give it a go, totally worth it and no side effects except feeling normal again. I can sleep, i can go through my day like normal. Thank goodness!!Update: This product has been awesome, for about a year. I can tell it worked because I wasn’t doing anything else or taking anything else for hot flashes/night sweats while i was taking this. Also I stopped taking it for about 2 weeks as a test and the hot flashes returned with a vengeance. It works well for me with zero side effects for about a year. I’m currently on hormone supplements as my body clearly needed more help. The hot flashes were too intense and too often to assume normal life so I’m glad I’m getting back to myself now. I’m still taking them though just 1/day. Just thought I’d update it may not last forever for your symptoms.
