I didn't want to write a review until I was a few weeks into taking them but I've noticed a HUGE difference! I have adhd so it's hard to focus and I've managed to wake up and actually get tasks done that I've wanted too and had so much better focus, my health has even improved I was struggling with a chesty cough for months and cleared up since starting these! Highly recommend this is definitely a supplement I will be sticking too for a long time

I am advanced gym person I'll say with over 20 years experience within the fitness industry and hands down haven't come across a product as good as this product for fat loss, body fat % sits around 8-10% yearly this supplement has removed atleast 2% over 2 months, my diet isnt great so for me to lose that amount without aiming to, fantastic product.
