I brought this twice just to give it a fair chance. After two months worth of usage, and all pills gone, I can say this does not work for fatigue

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue, and tiredness among other health issues; you mentioned and I probably have it.I've been using this product for 4 months or so. The first few days, it didn't seem to be helping at all. In the third week, I started feeling like my "brain" (it's complicated to explain the feeling) was a little more awake than before.I cannot say that this product has eliminated my Chronic fatigue and tiredness. However, it's helping me to feel less bad than before.Living with chronic pain it's not fun at all.

I like the natural ingredients in this product. However, I can't tell if it helps or not. I'm going to continue taking it until I finish them. I'll update if any changes.
