The “Wired and Wireless Fish Finder” from Lucky (Model Number FF718LiC) is an excellent piece of kit for any keen fisher to have with them.First up, the Fish Finder is incredibly lightweight and compact. This is ideal as if you’re anything like me, you don’t want to be carrying too much extra stuff with you when out fishing.The Fish Finder comes in a small hard-plastic container which you can carry it around within along with all the additional bits of kit you need with it.First off you’ll need to charge up the unit. This is done using a simple USB cable like with most gadgets these days.Once charged you’re basically good to go. The Fish Finder is really easy to use and familiarise yourself with. The screen is clear and easy to read, even on a bright day when there’s glare on the screen.It also seems to pick up a good area of coverage with plenty of depth too. From using the Fish Finder a few times, I’d say it appears to be accurate and picks up when there’s fish in the immediate vicinity or not.The casing and overall manufacture of the Fish Finder is excellent. It feels hard-wearing and strong, with plenty of protection to it, should you accidentally drop the device on hard concrete or whatever. It also seems to be relatively waterproof. I’m not saying you could drop in in the river or anything, however, I’ve had it out in the pouring rain and it worked perfectly fine during and ever since.All in all I’m incredibly happy with it. Well made, easy to use, and seems to really do a great job in informing you where’s good to fish and where’s not so good.
