I have chronic dehydration. This is no miracle worker but it does help! One of these at bedtime keeps me from waking up with a sore throat. The lemon flavor is really good; not too strong it doesn't linger in my mouth afterwards.It dissolves well and is extremely easy to travel with. Definitely pricey but I feel it's worth it if you can afford it. Especially since it has not added sugar which is so hard to find!!It works great for disguising medicines such as miralax as well~

It was really hard for me to find an electrolyte mix that did not contain either Stevia or Sucralose. I don't like the taste of either of those.The taste of this mix is very mild and not sweet at all. I do enjoy the taste. You could also potentially add a little bit more of monkfruit sweetener if you want it a bit sweeter. The drink is very refreshing.If I had one criticism it would be that the powder clumps up in cold water. I only like to drink cold water so that is a bit of an annoyance.I would recommend this to anyone on a Keto diet.

I really like this product. I have tried many different brands and this is by far my favorite. I have been using Liquid I.V. but it has a much higher amount of salt and did not dissolve as easily as this. I feel that Hudrant dissolves better and also taste better. All around it is a great product. A little on the expensive side but great all around.

This tastes great, super portable, and does not contain extra sugar. We use a lot of Gatorade and Pedialyte. This is so great because it is pre-measured and you can use reusable water bottles to mix. This is great because my kids travel with their basketball teams a lot and now they do not have to pack heavy Gatorade they can pack their reusable bottle and these little packets. We keep some in each care and each gym bag. We really like this product. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the cost. It is very expensive in comparison to other options.

I bought this to have when needed instead of taking Gatorade or similar electrolyte drinks. This stuff rocks. It is so refreshing and tastes like a real lemonade. I liked the fact that it differs from others as it doesn’t have harmful sweeteners, artificial colors or flavors. This can be used for hangover also. It works very well in case I wake up tired and after taking one of these I feel full of energy ang my head is very clear.I found it helps me with the sports endurance, particularly in the summer.

I have this on auto ship and have never had a problem until now. The packets have crystalized making it difficult to pour into a glass and impossible to dissolve. If another one comes like this, I'm cancelling.

This product offers a great healthy substitute to sugary lemonade or citrus sodas. If you want to cut back on sugar and love the refreshing taste of lemon, this is the product for you. This is a mellow, dehydrated lemon mix that is a great way to hydrate yourself! The packaging is sleek and favors ease of transportation, however the size if the individual packets could be reduced to make transport even easier.Then you have to consider the price. At just over a dollar a drink, I would not consider this product to be a deal nor will I be likely to purchase it again.It should be noted that I received this product for free from me the company.
