Great product. I was on IV antibiotics for a MRSA skin infection but, there was so much inflammation that the antibiotic was not getting to the wound. I started using this product and in two days time it turned the wound around. It really cleaned it up and got rid of the pus. I have no doubt the combination of the antibiotic and the wound spray healed me a lot faster than just the antibiotic. I am a wound care certified RN and had recently heard about this product at a conference for wound care.

This was recommended by our local wound care doc. Works wonderfully and doesn't damage the tissue like peroxide. I'm gonna keep this in my first aid cabinet and use on the kids for their bumps and scrape.
