Absolutely love this computer. It’s so easy to set up and use. The battery lasts a very long time. The screen quality is amazing on the large screen. I love the colors it looks really nice. I absolutely love the touchscreen feature at the top of the key board it’s so convenient and easy to use!! Also very cool. It’s very fast and has a lot of storage. I got it because I have a business and needed something fast that worked good and this definitely is doing the job! And the price is AMAZING for this computer !!

Great quality, easy to use and fast speed. Makes it easier for me to do my college homework online. The speakers are great quality too, and sleek design.

The screen quality of this computer and physical quality is great. The computer had been working great for about a month or two, but now all of a sudden is giving me a substantial amount of problems. All of a sudden the computer started shutting down windows that I was working in including google chrome, safari, my finder windows and other applications. It also started to randomly shut down the whole computer on me. It would make a noise from the fan inside the computer and then just shut down. It also has been throwing several different errors.I am hoping to speak with someone in order to make this situation right, and I will update this review as soon as I do, but I am having a very hard time reaching anyone from BuySPRY to fix this situation and am extremely frustrated with the fact that this product was marketed as 'like new' and refurbished to an original operating state and am having these sort of issues.I hope that this company will make this right, I would be extremely grateful and also would commend and recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy from them. But if this problem remains as is, then I would recommend not buying from them.I tried calling and their phone lines are 'unavailable' and I have been trying their live chat option at BuySPRY.com and I cannot reach anyone. I left a message and am hoping to hear back and am going to send an email as well. I'll keep you all posted... :/

I was hesitant buying a used laptop from amazon but the quality and appearance of it was good! The box scared me as it didn’t come with bubble wrap around the laptop, just a cardboard slot that held it😬it turned on just fine and nothing was damaged, which i bought one that was in excellent condition. the screen, battery life, charger, touch bar, and keyboard all worked as they should. the laptop heating happens but that every laptop, i use this for the Adobe Creative Suite and Blender so very demanding apps, but even with those running it ran amazing. only issue i heard but a whirring noise but it doesn’t effect the laptop at all. Eventually going to get it checked out since i got Asurion insurance on it. overall great purchase and quality!if your looking for an affordable and reliable laptop i suggest buying one off amazing renew with insurance! best renewed experience i’vehad for sure. apple products work so well for graphic designers

Refurbished MacBook 16" (MVVK2LL/A) came in good shape. The listing did note that there won't be visible damages as arms length away but that wasn't true. There's VERY minor dents on the exterior and a subtle issue with the screen on the top left. It does not affect pixels or viewing in any way. But 100% noticeable from more than an arm's length away. This measurement is a bit off putting. It's refurbished and has been used so expect some kind of blemish.My issue was not with the product or the shipping but with the seller. When received, the OEM 96w charger was not working, the slot for the thunderbolt was loose and would not charge unless pressing insanely hard into the power block - once let go, there's no charge. Obviously, this won't do. I made a contact request to the seller to notify them. They replied very swiftly, however they won't or cannot do anything about this besides give me a partial refund on the order. The refund amount was about ~$55. I was told to use the refund amount to purchase a charger out of their Amazon store.My frustration begins here as 1. All their chargers are non-OEM. 2. They're a tech resell company and they know that non-OEM chargers cause issues with Apple (as they've admitted to me in our contact messages. 3. The refund amount doesn't cover the ACTUAL defected product that came shipped. So, I guess they expect to purchase an off-brand charger that will definitely cause more issues to the laptop in the future? That is not quality support or care - especially from a tech resale company.My final thoughts are - this product is great for every day use and advanced users. Full time designer who is happy with the 16" screen. However, be weary of the seller and definitely get the 4-year Asurion insurance in case. You're buying refurbished remember. I'm upset that the seller doesn't understand the value of good service and holistic support rather than a partial refund of the defected product with the expectation to use the refund amount in their store for a replacement product that is half of the retail value and is known to cause issues.
