Sweetens but with no aftertaste
Works well for me as I do not like artificial sweeteners. Not as sweet as sugar but it has more nutrients and fiber.

Works for me in coffee
I bought this date sugar to use in my coffee, but when it arrived I noticed on the bag it said it won't dissolve in beverages. I tried it anyway, and it makes my coffee taste really good. It actually smooths out the coffee flavor and adds a hint of date flavor, which goes really well with the coffee. The date sugar doesn't dissolve, but it's ground so fine that the tiny particles remain suspended in the coffee. I put two heaping teaspoons of date sugar in a 12 oz mug of coffee with some half and half. It makes the coffee smooth and sweet. I doubt this would work in cold beverages, but hot ones are good to go.

My new sweetner
As a diabetic I have been searching for sugar alternatives. There is no after taste. I've purchased this before and I like it for baked goods and sauces. I don't like it in coffee. It doesn't dissolve and I just haven't found anything I like for sweetening coffee. It's a little pricey but it works.

A great natural sugar substitute
I’m hypoglycemic and can’t have sugar and I don’t like artificial sweeteners or stevia or other processed sugars. I like this because it’s actually just ground up dates. It’s powdery like sugar and you can use it for coffee or recipes but it’s not chemically processed. It’s actually just dates and you get all the nutritional and fiber benefits of the dates.

UPDATED!
UPDATE: The company saw my review and reached out to me. They let me know that this version does not work well for coffee and that they would refund my purchase and send me a sample of their date syrup for free. The date syrup is great in my coffee. I was worried about a date taste and there really isn't one. Its way better than stevia and other sweeteners that give your coffee a weird taste. They are definitely on top of customer service!I got this to put in my coffee as I saw it was good for coffee. Not very sweet. It all sank to the bottom so that maybe why. It doesn't desolve. Also, my bag came with a tiny hole in it.

The product is good but sent me old package which is about to expire.
This item I bought earlier one packet and I liked it, I used it for baking and to make some desserts. It gave a good taste. I ordered again combo packets but then they sent me the ones which were about to expire in just few weeks, luckily I got refund for this item as it’s non returnable item.
