Such a nice face mask, smooth in consistancy, easy to apply. The scent is a very natural scent (which I appreciate as it tells me it's made with natural ingredients) I leave it on for about 20 minutes, dries well and easy to wash off. You need to get a nice thin layer on your face, especially round my nose.Once on, leave for approx 15mins, depending on temp in the room.Once it has formed a nice crusty layer, using wet hands, rubbing in a circular motion to both partially remove and get rid of dead skin and oily parts of face.Once washed off, it leaves your face nice and smooth giving a kind of fresh feeling.Leaves a pleasant smell too.

I suffer from oily breakouts from time to time. This mask. It only requires a thin layer of product (unlike the slathering many masks make you do) and has easy to follow instructions. Its ingredient base is ethical and transparent, smells pleasant, and it doesn't cause any reactions with my combination skin.

I have combination skin so have oily patches on my face that are prone to breakouts. This is a bilberry (European blueberry) and clay oil control mask (50ml). It claims to clean and unclog pores, reduce excess oil and mattify. As a result, it helps to prevent breakouts and keep skin shine-free. It also says it is a gentle and non-drying formula.To use you apply a thin layer on clean skin and leave for 15 minutes. You then remove the mask with warm water using circular motions to exfoliate. It advises using twice a week in the morning before make-up application.I followed the instructions but only applied to the T-zone of my face, which is the oily area. The product has no discernible smell, at least to me, and was comfortable to wear. Like a lot of clay masks, it was a bit of a bane removing it and making certain I had successfully removed all traces. Where it had been, my skin looked clean and mattified, and I have suffered no reactions from its use.I think this would be particularly good for teenage skin, as well as those with oily/combination skin. It does not seem badly priced as you don't need to use a lot so I think you would get many treatments before you had to rebuy. I am pleased with this product and so I am happy to recommend.

I picked this up because I have greasy skin so use clay mask products as a way to try and keep it under control.You get 50ml of product in this tube, which isn't a huge amount given the price (£5.99 at the time of review). You use the product on already cleansed skin and leave it on for 15 minutes before washing off. The product instructions to use it twice per week.The mask doesn't have a strong smell to it and felt nice against my skin. It doesn't go hard as it dries, so my skin didn't feel tight or unpleasant. It dries as a greenish/grey colour and washed off quite easily so you don't have to worry about residue or stains on towels.All in all the product was fine but I can't say that I noticed any particular mattifying effect, which is the big selling point of it. There was some reduction in oil on my skin but it didn't last particularly long and it wasn't particularly dramatic. To be honest, I've had better results with other products so although this is okay, it wouldn't be something I'd run to buy in future.

Had it on for maybe 5 minutes, but wasn’t able to keep it on as it started to burn my skin, after washing it off my skin is quite red and sensitive. Don’t think the product is bad at all I just think if you’re skin is quite sensitive just be cautious with this.
