Great hat.
This is a great cap. There are three Velcro places to put patches to customize this hat. There is one on the top of the head where the button would normally go. There is one patch on the front of the hat over the brim that has the Condor name and logo 'etched' into the Velcro and there is one on the back above the hole. The one on the top of the hat that is in place of the button is about a 1 inch square spot of Velcro. The one behind the hat over the hole is about 1 inch tall by 3 inches wide and the one in the front is about 3 inches by 4 inches wide.It is very easy to find a wide variety of patches, even ones you can customize yourself, to individualize this hat with your own patches appropriate for each situation you find yourself in.The fabric is tough and the brim is well made. We inspected the stitching and found it to be just fine for our use. The back is full fabric with the exception of the panel above adjustment strap. This panel has a hole so that you can breath and not get to sweaty and tighten and loosen the hat.The adjustment strap is about 3/4 of an inch wide and fairly well made. It is adjusted not by Velcro but by a metal latch. So far it has done a great job holding the strap in place and keeping the hat adjusted as set.Enjoy.

My Go-To Cap – Comfortable & Durable
This Condor Tactical Cap is hands down my favorite. The fit is perfect, the quality is great, and it holds up well to daily wear. The Multicam pattern looks great, and the Velcro panels are a nice touch for customization. Comfortable, durable, and exactly what I wanted.

A Very Good Multi-function Cap
My version: MulticamThis is a good hat for anyone looking for something that's good for daily or weekend use and the price is appropriate. The Great: Amazon's service is a full 12 out of 10. Amazon Prime 2-Day shipping was fast as expected and had it to me today, Sunday, when I placed the order on Friday. They also came through for me and addressed the issue I had. They went above and beyond my expectations! I thought I was gonna get ripped off and cheated but it was the exact opposite! For that, I'd like to say thank you Amazon! My overall Condor Multicam TacCap Rating: 8.5 out of 10. Read below to find out why.The Good: This cap is lightweight and made of good material that's fairly breathable. It's not the same as mesh but I think it should be fine for summer use. The material will do a good job of protecting your face (or neck) and head from the sunlight but will allow for some airflow. The six ventilation holes on the top of the cap should help with that. Most of them on mine are nice and open but the ones on the front two panels are pretty closed off. Possibly due to the Velcro backing being there? I put it on and sat under a fan to test the airflow and I can feel the air on my head and neck easily. This is great because I often avoid wearing hats because they give me a headache due to being too tight or lack of airflow. This one is nice and open and has a good airflow because of the material and vent holes. They can probably be opened up with a pen though. The stitching of the panels and the Velcro placements are pretty good and the Velcro backs are stitched well to the body of the cap. The buckle on the back is great and works very well with the adjustment strap. When you get the right size set, you can tuck away the excess adjustment strap away into the compartment made into the cap, which is great! The Bad: The Multicam on mine is good but looks faded. I expected it to be nice, sharp, and crisp. Another issue I had with mine was that from the left side edge and across the front two panels in a slim arch, the patter is spotty and looks like the ink faded or ran out when making it on the cloth. It actually looks more like what you'd expect to see on the digital camo. It's not a major deal, but because its on the front side and not back, it's noticeable. With someone who is very particular like me and gets OCD about details, this would irritate a lot.The Ugly: I didn't get a courtesy U.S Flag patch with mine like some other customers did. I was very disappointed because I was gonna wear it proudly leading to 4th of July. I'll have to order some now.

Doesn't get any better. Amazing hat for a great price.
This is an exact copy of the actual Crye Precision shooters cap that costs about $40. It's actually a better hat because the Crye cap has Velcro adjustments on the back making it look a little cheap. This hat fits great, it's not a super shallow dorky Dad hat or a rap video flat-bill either. Fits how a good hat should. The adjustment in the back is solid & the extra tucks away nicely. The camo pattern is actual real Crye MultiCam and the material is very nice. Soft but durable & will stand up to a lot of use & abuse. The Velcro areas are also very nice. Not fuzzy & cheap so it actually looks fine without a patch. The front Velcro area has the Condor logo embossed into it. Looks pretty cool. The American flag patch they suggest with it is also nice, good quality & fits perfectly into the space. Obviously you can put any 2" x 3" Velcro backed patch you want there. The back patch area is a long rectangle measuring 1" x 3 3/4".All together this is a great piece of gear for an incredibley good price. It's worth getting if you're thinking about it. You can't really go wrong for $12 anyway.- Base 5 NYC

I love this cap...
I'm a hat-wearing guy, regularly challenged by my 7 5/8-sized melon. Ball caps that work for me can be hard to come by- even the "one size fits all" variety. Not the case with this cap: it fits perfectly, after adjustment. Six panels of summer weight-BDU-style ripstop, as comfortable as your most worn-out uniform, make this cap my favorite, right out of the box. It won't be too warm, either, because of the lightweight fabric. The multi-cam pairs well with the "multi-tan" morale patches, so you can quickly make it your own... My wife rolled her eyes when I tried it on (ANOTHER HAT???)- but she begrudgingly admitted that this one was pretty cool. It probably won't be welcome on "date night," but it will get plenty of use everywhere else. If it wears like I'd expect the materials to hold up, I'll probably get a year out of this cap- and I'll quickly replace it with another. The only negative is the Made in China tag.
