Dr. Clark Vitamin B1 Thiamine 500mg Supplement -Thiamine B1 Supplement for Healthy Nervous System & Energy Metabolism, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free - 100 Gelatin Capsules

This is high quality thiamine. More expensive than others but worth it as I appreciate the lack of excipients and the use of gelatin caps - they go down and dissolve so much easier than veg caps. I wish these came in a smaller dose, however. I get plenty of effect from opening the capsule and taking 1/3 or 1/2 of this 500mg dose. Would rather take 100mg 3 times a day than a big hit of 500mg at once.

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to find B-1 in HCL form but I’m glad I found this, cause I think it’s the best. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. They always arrive on time and are great quality. Would highly recommend!

I chose this thiamine for its high dose, lack of excipients, and promise of quality. But with my last 4 purchases there have been glaring quality control issues that force me to now tell buyers to steer clear of this product. With each bottle there has been one or more thiamine capsules burst open, and every other pill came coated with foul tasting inner capsule contents. I tried to take the supplements anyway and soldier on but the potency also seemed nowhere near what I remembered, and have since switched to a different, lower dose product that gives me the mental and physical boost i remember. This company has lost my business and should probably be reported for poor quality control practices, I don’t believe their products are safe.

Disappointed after taking this pill for months it had less to no affect, I was previously taking two B 250 mg pills, all I wanted was to take one tablet as I use a number of daily supplements. Found better elsewhere.

I used to love Dr. Clark's Vitamin B1 500 mg. I've been getting it on Autoship for over a year. My most recent bottle said it was 400 mg. This listing says it's 500 mg. This is the same place that I've been getting my Autoship from. Today I was going to put the rest of my prior bottle into the new bottle and I noticed that it was 400 mg too! Lately, I'd noticed that I wasn't falling asleep as quickly and now I know why! I can't believe they kept sending this to me without telling me that the formulation had changed from 500 mg to 400 mg. You need to change your listing here. I don't understand why they changed it.

but i dint realize this form of b1 thiamine hcl is a synthetic version of b1 not the natural , good for short term use for getting body healed , with high doses for a short term like several months but need to find a natural version . as usual dr clarke store is pure and high quality .
