Very comfortable. Not too hard or soft, right head height.

I absolutely love it! I did not expect to feel a difference the first night, but that happened. The pillow is firm but not hard, which is great for the neck. Since using it, my back has not hurt nearly as much as it used to. Hip, hip, hooray! The pillow covering is soft and pillowy.

I have no idea if this pillow alleviates pain as I didn't have any before I got it.I can tell you I had constant headaches for four days when I first bought this and was using it - the correct way, too, 'side' sleeper.It is an odd construct of a pillow with the sides split to put your hand through. It might be easier or more comfortable the old-fashioned way of putting your hand beneath the pillow for support. So I don't know if this fancy design is really necessary.It is also extremely firm, to start with anyway.So wanting to get rid of these headaches and still give the pillow a try - without returning it right away - I switched over one time to using the 'back' user side and that didn't cause a headache. The only problem with that is I am strictly a 'side' sleeper.The next night I switched back to using the 'side' sleeper and it was much better. I could tell it was much softer support, so maybe I had managed to break it in. Suddenly it wasn't like my head and neck were on some unforgivably firm structure.I can't say this product is as good as the water-filled pillow which finally sprang a small leak (after many years of use)....I am feeling it suffices and is better than totally spongy non-firm pillows that offer no support.

It really makes a difference

I really liked this pillow at first but now it's so flat that it makes my neck hurt. It was hard to get comfortable for a couple of nights but I would wake up with no neck pain. Now it's hard and flat and makes my neck hurt. I can't use it anymore. Alot of money for only a few nights use. I don't recommend it...sorry. I wish they would replace this one to see if it is just a bad one I received.

Doing a google search I see a king size pillow described as "King pillows have an extra-long measurement of 20" x 36", and two of them side-by-side are the perfect width for a standard king-sized bed", by that and anything I have understood in my life I would expect this to be somewhat of a standardized measurement/description. I would not expect that if I buy a KING pillow its dimensions would be smaller than the industry standard for a Standard size Pillow "The standard pillow size measuring 20 inches by 26 inches is the most popular. "Yes, now that I look back the dimensions were identified in the description, but should the buyer need to read these details to get what they expect from a standardized measurement. I have a couple of issues with this Bait and switch or buyer beware marketing; buy what standard do we hold company's accountable to not continuously working to short the customer in their attempts to increase their profits. I completely see this idea of "we will make our own standers for what a King size pillow" as dishonest. If the king were to cost $150, a standard was $100, and you want to market a mini or budget friendly size this would give buyers options that allow us to make our choice without feeling like you tried to pull a fast one on us.I am so tired of companies, employees, co workers, etc... only taking care of themselves..... dishonest, lazy, selfish... This idea of having to lookout for how so many are pushing responsibility or doing the minimal effort and leaving the details or completion to someone else is completely exhausting.... Not dealing with honesty and integrity is completely exhausting....

I go through pillows like crazy to find the right support. I discovered this one 2 yrs ago and have loved it. I’ve learned that I need to swap the pillow for a new one once a yr. Pillows go flat and they’re not supposed to last you for years and years. I love the support for a side sleeper. Don’t make the mistake I made, queen size pillows are tiny. Buy the king, it’s the size of a standard pillow. Hate the fact I can’t buy extra pillow cases however. It’s a pain washing and having to wait

They call it King size while it is not King size but it is bigger than their standard size.

If you are 6 foot tall and have wide shoulders and sleep on your side then forget this pillow bro. Keep stacking the old ones you are already using. You’ll just have to do it with this as well but you will also have that much less in your bank account. Made for smaller people for sure holmz.

I sleep heavily on my head & sometimes find the pillow feels harder than I would like. It’s nice not to have to keep turning over a pillow ever time I turn over in my sleep.

Makes for a much better sleep. Proper positioning for the head causes the husband snoring to become minimal.

Looks great in the ads and in theory, but it gave me a sore neck. I had 2 chiropractic adjustments over a two week period before giving up and going back to one of my old pillows .. and will maybe give it another try in the future.
