The scobys were healthy and bright looking.I've always been told not to expect the first test batch after shipping to taste decent, but I was surprised that it actually tasted pretty good from the start.It was packaged in a very well sealed bag that was durable and puncture resistant. I know because I couldn't get it as soon as it delivered and it started breathing and expanding the bag but didn't pop or burst. Great to know they take the shipping packaging seriously.i look forward to restarting my kombucha habit, I feel good about these scobys

2 healthy scobys arrived with enough starter for 1 gallon.I now brew 5 gallons at a time several times a month, all started from these two babies.

Good enough time for the delivery but no activity, DOA.The scobys looked good, but a few weeks in no growth on the scobys. Not a good sugn.Returning customer who never had an issue before. I hope you can make it right.Update: company is sending a reolacement

I received sooner than expected, the cultures arrived in great condition. The instructions came in a plastic envelope and are very clear and I think it’s very cool to keep it like that since in the kitchen all gets wet!!! Waiting to taste my cambucha.

These scones arrived very well packaged. Double bagged in case of explosion (they arrived fine). We followed the instruction that came with them, and they adjusted well to their new home. First fermentation happened with a nice fizz. We just flavored (lemon ginger) and bottled for second fermentation. Helps to start with two scobies in case one didn’t work. But they’re both happy and doing their thing so we plan to keep them going. So happy with this purchase.

It's easy to et up, after that you don't have to do anything for a week, then is ready to harvest. delicious!

The one of bag had few strange looking stuff inside. That I can't open the back to worry unable to return. From website, the iteam is unreture-able.
