Works for Me but not everyone.
I am over 50. When I take this it makes me feel calm and relaxed. I love it. But, my sons who are in their 20s saw no effect. It allegedly is supposed to open your capillaries to increase blood flow. I take this before I work out. But, I guess, if you are younger, blood flow is not an issue. So, there is no guarantee it will work for you. But for me, this really works.

Very healthy supplement
I like that this garlic supplement is working so much better for my BP than the regular non aged garlic capsules. I have seen success in reoccurring doctor visits.

Tried these this summer for tick issues hiking.
Older gentleman I know takes these daily and stated he never has tick's on them since he started taking them. Does it work? I would say yes. I am in the woods daily all summer either mountain biking, mowing/clearing trails, trail running or just plain hiking.
