What color is the Cavair?

It is close to black. If you go to the website they have all the colors shown and you are easily able to see the color variations in mixers.

I would like to get imperial black. Is this harder to keep clean because it's not a shiny glossy surface?

Mine is red and I clean it after each use, it's smooth /shiny and easy to clean. I think that black should be as well.
