Testicular support following surgery
I liked the mesh material for the pouch which is sized to give extra support following hydrocel surgery. Ideal to wear over your normal undererwear for extra support.Disliked the flimsy waist band and adjuster would be far better in wide elastic. Poor value for money.

Who would this fit.......a leprechaun?
Husband suffering from massive fluid retention, needed extra support. Ordered the largest size available and frankly this wouldn’t fit a regular sized guy. Waste of money.

Terrible fit and I'm average size apparently
Absolutely awful support. I bought this to stop me from sitting on my bits when asleep. Didn't work and it feels like your bits are being twisted. I agree with the other review I've just read. They must be designed to fit a leprechaun
