Q: Is there a tool to cut out the rounds for item?

Q: Do I have to roll dough out before putting it in

Yes. I've found it helpful to roll premade pie crusts just a very little thinner to make positioning dough easier. I also spray the press w/Pam every other pie or so and dampen edges w/ milk or beaten egg before pressing.

Q: Can somebody tell me how well this is made? Are the hinges good quality for example? Or flimsy and easy to bend or break?

The hinges on ours have not broken. It is not precisely engineered however, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone had problems. It is hinged imprecisely so that it doesn't open perfectly flat. The package suggests that the underside can be used to cut circles of dough, but that doesn't work because it is uneven when open and the circles would be too small anyway. It does work as a platform base to help shape large, uniform empanadas, so, for the price, it is useful.

Q: Does this come with a dough recipe?

hello, there is no dough recipe. But you can buy the dough on supermarket. And you can also try to cut out the round dough by the bottom of this tool, which maybe a litter uneven, but can still barely cut out the round dough.
