Opinion - Hands Down Best Beef Jerkey (If you like dry)
I'm a fan of dry and tough beef jerky, the stuff you have to work on to unlock the flavor. This is the best one out there by far that matches this description for my preference. Some other recommended ones are Ralphs, Buffalo Bill's and Pawnee Bill's. Ralph's is pretty decent and comparable, but a little too brittle and peppery. Pawnee Bill's has really good flavor, but is leans towards the softer side. Buffalo Bill's is not good. Intense Onion type flavor and very moist.TLDRIf you prefer dry and tough jerky, buy this!

Best JERKY- not sugary, soft, junk
Sooooo good! Real beef jerky is meant to be dry & chewy, NOT moist and soft. This has great chew, and it’s got plenty of that liquid smoke flavor(yeah wood smoke is better, but liquid smoke is still tasty!). The price might be too much for some people, but it’s pretty much average price for quality jerky. The only way to get jerky this good at a lower price is to make it yourself or check your local butcher. I definitely recommend it for old school jeeky lovers.

You must use your saliva
It has very smoky flavor and it’s very tasty but very hard to chew. You need to use your saliva to make it soft so you can eat it but it’s really good when you use your saliva.

Best ever!
Expensive, but worth it. I’m spoiled now. I can’t eat the gummy jerky most stores sell these days. Love this “old fashioned “ jerky!
