My kids like the taste and say they taste like Dots candy. I think they taste awful, but if they like them that's good I guess...unless they don't work.. They don't seem to have any effect one way or another on my kids. I have taken them myself and don't notice any better focus. Not worth it to me. We already buy magnesium calm gummies and I think those do help.

My daughter took these for a month and we saw no change in her ability to focus. She also complained that they tasted too much like oil.

This is an update as my 8 year old grandson has been taking these for a few months now. He weighs 115 lbs and I give him 3 in the morning with a good fish oil and I put one in his lunch to take at that time with his fruit snacks for better focusing in school. He is diagnosed with ADHD and his main issue is focusing and not being anxious about things. I have subscribed to this product so I am not without them. I see a difference in him but later in the eve you can see they are worn off. Keeping a good diet and exercise and some therapy has been helpful along with these

My 5 year old son has autism and ADHD so me and his father were really hoping we could rely on these little gummies to aid with his attention span and emotional meltdowns. Too bad we couldn’t get him to even taste them. It’s common within children with autism to have sensory issues or be picky eaters. I gave 1 gummy to my son, he put it up to his nose and went “gross!” He didn’t like the smell of it. Albeit vitamins have come a long way from the dreadful chalky Flintstone vitamins we all have PTSD from but these gummies still have that medicine-like taste and smell so there was no convincing him to even try it. Sucks I can’t get a refund. :(
