I bought 3 of these as decoration for my wedding. Two of the letters were fine but when I put the batteries in the last letter, the light kept flickering. I didn't want to chance it on the day of my wedding so I got a replacement. The replacement was in worse condition than the first one. It wouldn't light up at all, there were cracked pieces of plastic, and a bulb was coming out. Because I got a replacement, I couldn't ask for another replacement and the option to refund was $0.00 so I had to stay on the phone with Amazon for a while to get that straightened out. I then had to place a new order to try to get the last working letter. I got the letter and it lit up but the corner was chipped. I didn't even care at that point because I didn't want to go through another return. The lights are nice when lit up but clearly very cheap and not packaged well so they damage easily. I don't think these will last long but I hope they can last for one day.

Purchased 2 letter M’s and a letter O (MOM) for my Mom’s 90th Birthday and the M’s did not work at all. Tried 3 sets of brand new batteries and never got the M’s to light up. So quality control is suspect. I want my money refunded from you.

It's a good product. You will need two AA batteries which ups the price. The battery compartment is sturdy and opens/closes easily. The bulbs are built in instead of removable which I prefer.

I bought the white M. Better then I expected, heavy and looks amazing in my daughters room. Just need to buy batteries :p 5 stars!

Work very well, the lightening is a lovely warm coloring.
