Pro-Kolin Advanced Probiotics Paste for Dogs 30ml

A cupboard staple if you have a dog. Value for money & it helps the dog when poorly.

Always have this in the cupboard but I find it a bit hit and miss in whether it actually works. Last couple of occasions it does seem to have helped my dog, and the vets always prescribe this at a ridiculously high price so worth having it in. Would always use it in cases of tummy upset, it can't hurt! Usually clears things up with a couple of doses.

My dog has always had tummy issues - not anymore! This stuff is fantastic. I’ve tried so many other pastes, tablets, etc. This it the best so far. His poo poo firmed up in just one dose! Excellent stuff - highly recommend.

Our 2 JRT's have occasionally had upset tums, the kind of upset tums where you can think of nothing different that they have eaten that could have caused it. The kind with side effects such as awful rumbling windy gurgles and very sloppy poos. I have done all the things advised in the past such as witholding food for a day, only giving water and rubbing their tums in the hope that it would help. :-( Sadly we lost our boy approximately 1 year ago due to a skin tumor that the vet had told us was a normal soft tissue lump that many small breeds often gather about their body as they age. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with Charlie as the lump had grown deep into his body. As you can imagine his surviving sister is now even more precious than ever. She is 15 and had been getting fussy with her food, with all the symptoms of an upset tum. We even tried her on a 'delivered' branded purportedly home made brand of dog food which at first she loved. Then the day came when she went off this food too and started having occasional upset tums again. Something led me to this product after much Googling and we have never looked back since! She now eats the food she has always loved, if there is the slightest sign of a gurgle in her tum I give her a dose. At first I gave it to her every day and this must have built some form of immunity. She now clears her plate and never gets 'runny poos' and seems much happier to eat her meals. As mentioned before I only need to feel that she is not quite right and I will give her a dose and all will be well. I wish I had found this years ago (unless it's a new thing) as it would have saved many worrying nights sitting up with a doggy who could not get comfortable due to the gurgly tummy that we occasionally feel ourselves! It really is 'magic in a tube' and I will never be out of a spare in my cupboard :-) And Penny says 'thank you' to Protexin ! :-)

Great stuff always use for any tummy issues for my dogs. Vets use it so lot cheaper to buy from here and it lasts ages even once open. One to have handy always

Absolutely wonderful stuff, my dog had a very upset stomach this paste fixed him in a couple of days. I continued to use it in total for about 5 days and he was soon back to normal.

We were told about this product by the foster "mum" of our adopted dogs, as we were going through the usual upset tummies after changing their food over to the one we use for our other same breed dogs. This works quite quickly and both dogs were back to their usual selves within a day or 2, with only a few doses. It may require a few tricks to get your dogs to take it as one of ours licked it straight off a spoon and the other needed it to be added to little chunks of chicken.Obviously if your dog has gut problems and other symptoms get them checked out by a vet before simply giving them this probiotic, but it certainly helps with general upset tummies.
