Nordic WareJubilee Bundt, 10 Cup, Gold

I like to make a rich ginger cake at Christmas time. I wanted it to look special so I bought this pan. I was worried that the cake wouldn’t come out without the design getting ruined. But per the instructions I took the time to get shortening in every single crevice before flouring it. I was rewarded with a perfect cake. Everyone was most impressed!

The media could not be loaded.  My cake turned out perfect!!! And it slid out the pan!!! Very impressive 👏🏽 👌 👍🏽 😀

This was my first Bundt cake and though I was very nervous about it coming out of the pan with all the edges, it was no problem and made a second one a couple weeks later. The pan is thick and heavy which I did not expect but it’s worth the money for making beautiful cakes.

I purchased this to make a Rum cake for my granddaughter...I knew it would be great for this type of cake because of all the nooks and crannies! I coated the pan with a bakers spray with flour, used a silicone brush to spread in all the nooks and crannies and my cake came out PERFECT! The spray helped the nuts stay in place when the batter was poured. I used the Nordic Ware bundt brush to clean the pan after I soaked it in warm soapy water for about 10 minutes...I LOVE Nordic Ware pans! The design is beautiful and I always get lots of compliments at gatherings and from the pictures! If you follow these instructions, you will not be disappointed! These pans are an investment...but worth every penny!

I love the design of the cake pan. This was my first bake & it turned out super moist & as you can see very tall. Very easy to use & clean. Highly recommend NordicWare!

This pan arrived in the mail today. I was so surprised to see it packaged in a bag! A regular non-padded bag. I cannot find any damage thankfully (I'm still checking it over) however I would never send a fine, rather expensive, metal baking pan through the mail in something that provides as little protection as a paper bag. I do not know if this was packaged directly at Amazon or from Nordic Ware itself, but the packaging really needs to be upgraded in my opinion. I baked a pound cake in this pan and it easily slipped out of the pan after cooling. The pattern was lovely and unique. As others have stated, the pan is surprisingly small and there was enough batter left over to fill an 8" round cake pan. Just have an additional pan of some sort prepared to go in the oven at the same time.

I recommend Bakers Joy cooking spray for an easy release!I've made two cakes in it ant they both turned out lovely.Be sure to cool 10-15 minutes before you flip. No more, no less or you risk sticking.

Nordic Ware macht sehr ausgefallene Backformen, die uns im Allerlei schnell aufgefallen sind. Die meist sehr guten Bewertungen haben uns bewogen, auch eine dieser zugegbenermaßen nicht preiswerten Backformen auszuprobieren. Das Ergebnis entspricht genau der Form und ist vollkommen einfach im Handling. Backform ggf. mit einem flüssigen Öl vorher leicht einsprühen und der fertige Kuchen kommt problemlos aus der Form. Danach nach eigenem Gutdünken pudern, zuckern oder verschiedenen Güssen verzieren und man hat eine wirklich tolles Ergebnis. Die Form lässt sich problemlos reinigen. Mit scharfen Putzmitteln und/oder kratzigen Schwämmen würde ich aber aufpassen. Wir spülemn unter heißem Wasser mit ein paar Tropfen Spülmittel. Bislang sieht hat die Fom nicht gelitten. MIt Ausnahme des Preises eine gern zu empfehlene und vor allem einmal andere Backform.

It was my 50th birthday, so I decided to treat myself explore a new world of baking buhnt cakes. I will never use another brand, if you follow the directions for care, you can't go wrong. Beautiful results everytime
