Still works like a charm!
Initially I meant to write my review right after I purchased this Rotator Rod, especially since I had received such excellent customer service from the manufacturer. But as so often - life happens, and I kept procrastinating again and again (and I was self-conscious every time I got into the shower...)On the bright side - I now actually have ~15+ months of experience under my belt with this article. And I can say without hesitation that it hasn't disappointed the slightest! It still looks and works flawlessly like the day I installed it. The Rotator Rod is an ingenious idea, and the fact that it is made in USA is just the icing on the cake. It works as described and has done so reliably since I installed it last year. If I ever have another bath tub that needs a shower curtain, I won't hesitate to buy another one.The only thing I'd do different next time is to be more diligent with the EXACT measures (width and height):a) Don't ignore the minimum width/clearance needed between the walls that the Rotator Rod is supposed to go on. It is flexible for installations between walls 58-60 inches apart. My clearance was 57" and I thought I could just bend it a little more to fit it in. I mean it's already bent, right? How hard can it be? Wrong! This thing is made of a very sturdy stainless steel tube and even if I had managed to bend it more (which I didn't try once I felt it in my hands), it probably would have put too much strain on the hardware. Luckily the company worked with me to get it customized. Super responsive and nice customer service (thanks again for your help, Colleen!) Save yourself this extra step by measuring properly before you order. They can customize it for you at the factory if needed (for a marginal fee).b) The other measure I'd be more careful about is for the placement of the holes. The height recommendations in the instructions are just a guideline. Make sure you measure the exact height of the curtain you'd like to use and ADD the height of the shower curtain rings / hardware you're planning to use. I'm using "Heavy Duty - Satin Nickel Roller Shower Curtain Rings" which means the top edge of my curtain is about an inch below the rod and therefore the bottom edge of my curtain hangs a little too low into the tub for my liking. I wish I'd hung it about 1.5-2 inches higher. But that's not the Rotator Rod's fault - that's on me. I was the one drilling the holes in my tile, and I should know better than to do so without measuring at least twice. Live and learn...All in all, I'm VERY happy with my Rotator Rod.

Awesome space saver/giver.
I've had this rod since September 2013... and I still owe whoever told me about it a beer.I live in a house built in 1960, before the bathroom was the majestic, wide-open space that it is in a modern home. I wanted a more spacious shower as I'm not the smallest guy in the world, and there's nothing more annoying than a curtain that "loves" you. But without getting into a bathroom remodel, a curved rod just wasn't in the cards. That brings us to this little beauty, when the rod is in the "shower time" position, I get all of the shower space I could need, without the inconvenience of having half of my bathroom taken up by a shower curtain during the rest of the day.Could I have put up a curved rod, and just left the curtain open all the time? Yeah, I probably could have. But this is the only bathroom on the main floor of my home... the one that guests use. I don't need everyone to see whether or not I've cleaned the shower on a daily basis.Since September this rod has been flipped over at least 4x a day (once getting into the shower, once on the way out, 2 people showering) and it still works like day one. I also have used it as a drying rack, and run a double shower curtain, it has no issues with the weight. If there are any negatives at all that I'd mention, I would have to say that the plastic handle included with the rod is borderline useless, except perhaps for the case of children or very short people. I tried it a few times, and it's much clunkier than just grabbing the rod and flipping it over. I guess I'd also list the minor annoyance of the end caps coming loose and needing to be "re-seated" (this consists of sliding them back into place and turning them 3/4 a turn... about a 10 second process, probably once every other month... VERY minor.)

Very Innovative Product, Great for Small/Tight Bathrooms
I hung this shower rod up last month and it's been serving its purpose. I have a small bath and wanted a different shower rod than what was installed in the new house, so that I could make the bath seem a little larger than it is/was; and to also give a bit more space for the toilet. The rotating feature does just that. The end caps feel a little flimpsy when you rotate it, but I think it's working just fine (time will tell if it comes off the wall or it breaks). I had a hard time installing initially installing it, due to the fact I didn't take proper measurements and I was hitting studs in the wall. The first time I got it mounted, it was off by .5 inch on one side which made it very hard for the rod to rotate with ease. If I left it this way, it was likely it would dig into the drywall and cause damage later or rip out of the wall. So I remounted it again. Works more smoothly now. I probably mounted it higher than most would, but I ended up liking this higher height as the inner shower curtain isn't dipping into the tub portion; it sits against in the tub wall just about 2 inches.
