Very soft. Not thick like a cable knit, but it is not like some really thin ones that look worn out. A quality lightweight vest.Ordered a size bigger XL per customer reviews, but would've done well with my regular large size. Even with a paunch I could take in 2inches around the stomach.. Keeping this size but in future will go back to ordering my standard large size.BTW, My stomach is 45" and an extra large vest fits 47"

This is a beautiful sweater vest. The sizing is right. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. And, best of all, I think it's worth more than I paid for it. A very good buy.

My husband really likes this sweater vest - it provides needed warmth and looks dressy. The only caveat is that he would have liked a couple of small patch pockets.

Ordered first sweater in Dark Gray and liked it so well that I ordered second in Navy Blue. The sweater was defective with a irregular arm holes. After I notified them, they immediately rectified the problem and sent me a new sweater and arranged for me to effortlessly return the damaged one. The replacement is a well made sweater and I plan to purchase more in the future. Good company and good product.

My husband loves button vests and this is very soft. He is a tall Texan and ordered the largest size available and it just does fit. I ordered him anther one in a different color.

Very light so it might not give much warmth. I just need a little to stop the chill around the office and still look nice, which it does. Thanks!

Love the sweater, it's a bit small, but I've been on a journey for a while and should be fitting in the next few months, great for next winter. Great price for the quality.

Bought it for my daughters wedding arrived on time and I looked great in it, I was worried because the price was so good compared to buying it at a men's store but was not disappointed plan to buy another sweater in blue .
