Overall Decent Product so far. When I received the package, the gas piston looked like it had shot out of both boxes containing it and was missing completely. Luckily, the chair i was replacing had compatible parts.My only real complaint about this chair is that you would need to buy lock nuts or washers to put on the arm rests during assembly because they come lose pretty often. Oh yea, I damn near died the first time I tried leaning this sucker back! Cool feature for a chair like this now-a-days, I like that you can lay back, but be careful that first time!

The seat and back although it looks cushioned, it a not soft to touch and uncomfortable for sitting Lon periods at a time

Chair was missing a piece. Very dissapointed

Was shipped in nice packaging. I’m 5’11” and the footrest comes out far enough to hold my feet up comfortably. There is a back massager even know my model didn’t list it. Easy to put together. 20 min setup time. The only bad things I can say is it’s a bit creaky and one of the clasps to buckle the pillows keeps falling out. I would defiantly recommend!

Went together easily, very comfortable and sturdy. The arms loosen up a bit, sho we'r just retighten then when they need it.
