The product Was a small gift for my two-year-old grandson I was disappointed with the quality of the book I would have paid more for a better book

The story is great, as the Crazy George stories always are. However, the format is unsatisfying, the paperback version I bought for my 4-year-old grandson lacks the rich and bigger format version of the Curious George books I got for my children when they were small. That said, my grandson thoroughly enjoys the two Curious George books I've bought him, which complement the video version he watches on his tablet.

This book and Curious George himself takes me back to a gentler time. A time when I was young and a time when my son was young. He and I LOVE to read all about George's silly mishaps daily.This book was an automatic favorite because we live in Rhode Island and live at the beach in the summer. So he would always take this book and his george doll down in his bag. These stories are filled with laughter and love, two things a child can't get enough of and there is usually even a good manners lesson taught to George too that they don't soon forget.So, any of the Curious George series is a winner with our family...and we don't even live near the "man with the yellow hat". lol*Have fun and make each night a night you read to your child...it's so important. I even read to him in the womb each night. He talked early and certainly knew my voice almost immediately.A winner any way you look at it. : ) Thank you George.

I read to my son every night. Sometimes I'm tired. I'll grab this book, my phone, and then play the audio reading. So much fun to have multi-media. Note to developer: I would purchase more books knowing that I've got an online backup!

This probably varies a lot child to child, but my 3 year old daughter is part fish and loves the beach. She also loves Curious George. But to buy the books individually can be pretty expensive. Which is why we own the two Curious George collections and have been reading them to our daughter since she was 2. For the money, you can't beat getting 16 stories for a fraction of the cost of buying them separately. But CG Goes to the Beach is not included in either of the two collections, and being that my daughter loves the beach, I gave in and bought this one individually. It's typical CG humor and every bit as good as any of the stories in the collections and, for us, definitely worth buying separately.

My 2 year old loves this book! I bought this before we went to the beach to familiarize him with words associated with the beach. He frequently picks this book to read.

Great old story’s

my grandchild is and equally big fan of curious George as his dad or oncle were 40 years ago. We had to read it over and over the first week he got it. Must say, I am equally pleased about the books,but only the ones with the original drawings. The new George somehow doesn't fit in the picture the same way. Keep it going!!!
