Poor finish, sharp edges and difficult to fix to the base.not worth the price.

Nice product. But what they don’t mention in the description is the massive yellow sticker that is unable to be removed!

The item arrived the next day sure enough but I would'nt have ordered it having seen it compared to what was advertised on screen: what arrived wasn't vertical it leans to one side, the side walls are bent. I was expecting something much more akin to what was described. This is not for long incence sticks only short.I will have to buy the more expensive wood "coffin" type of burners instead. Very disappointed in the product.

It's absolute rubbish, the incense sticks go out inside it. Waste of money! Don't bother buying, it is tat..cheaply, badly made. Doesn't even fit together. I couldn't be bothered sending it back I just threw it in the bin.

Lid and the base are not fixing properly, need to squeeze to open in that time ashes all spill over. Also inserting holes are too big for the Incense Stick. Idea is good, but poor quality of manufacturing, I’m very disappointed with a product

Item was very poor quality and bent out of shape and i ordered two of these :(

Does not work rubbish don’t waste your money
