The wealth of information and the layout makes this book very attractive. Bought the hardback to make this book (and health) a keeper!

Absolutely amazing book
I'm a health freak. Listen to so many podcasts, read so many health books. I stumbled upon Dr William Li in one of the podcasts I listened to, and decided to read this book. It is such an eye opener. There is still so much to learn about food - health interactions. But this book is an amazing start. I've been a keto person for the last 10 years. But after reading this, I'm back to eating low carb fruits, and more veg. I'm now on 8 veg a day, 3 fruits, loads of nuts, seeds, and all the other food groups Dr Li recommends. So is the the rest of my family (I'm the only one who cooks 😀). I'm sure, in the next 10- 20 years there will be more research done about our food intake and health implications. But for now, this book is my gospel. I would advise everyone to read it and implement it. 5☆ from me.

at last!
A common sense approach to food and it’s importance to health, something I have believed in for many years. A proactive guide to avoidance of Ill health rather than reactionary use of medication and all it’s consequences, for example, antibiotics and their reducing effectiveness and destruction of healthy gut micro biome. A must read for anyone who has an open mind…

A reference work.
Reads like an encyclopaedia and it that regard is very good - but not for those seeking an easy read.

Amazing
Wish I had read this in my 20’s. It will certainly impact my decisions in the future. It’s extremely well written and made clear for non-science buffs.
