How tall can it expand to ? From the cup holder

In theory, you can expand about 11-12inches tall if you position the arm strait up. I use it as shown on the vendor photo so, it’s about 6 inches up from cup holder. It is adjustable to fit your needs. The base is also adjustable to fit your cup holder.
