Will these fade? If so, how long does it usually take?

I have had them through a Texas summer in only partial sun and monsoon rains. They are still as new. No fading, warping or peeling.

Can i put these directly on grass?

I have never tried grass..mine are on dirt, the backing is plastic so it would be ok, but the grass with be able to get thru the slats and will squish down your grass....I would dig your grass out to the width of the squares, spray to kill the grass in the area, then lay them. my dirt is rock hard where I live. anyway...I like these, they hold up well...however....I live in Arizona and it's pretty dry most of the time. I wouldn't know how well they hold up with a lot of rain or snow. Some people put them directly on their concrete patio...then you can always wash them down with the hose. Hope this helps you.

How do you clean underneath them ?
