What kind of vinegar is used?

They use organic apple cider vinegar. I researched it because I don't use white vinegar due to allergies to corn and soy.

Why does this mayonnaise have more cholesterol than regular mayonnaise? Avocado oil should not have any cholesterol.

I have been buying this for a few years and didn’t notice the cholesterol. My cholesterol has been perfect 🤷♀️
