Normally an Oakley guy, but these are GREAT
Normally, I don't spend more than $200 on a pair of sunglasses, and I also normally go for Oakley prism polarized lenses. The last pair of Maui Jim's I bought, I distinctly remember them giving me a bit of a headache, which I thought was due to the way the lenses were polarized. Oakleys are supposedly polarized before the lenses are cut apart, so the lines of polarization all go in the same direction, which supposedly helps with headaches and eye strain. It must, because I've become accustomed to it, and any other "polarized" sunglasses make my head/eyes hurt. BUT NOT THESE! Not only are the lenses great, the perfect amount of tint to make them dark yet not so dark it's tough to see in all but the brightest of mid-day sunlight. These work in dusk, pre-dawn, and midday. Also, the frames are kind of rubbery, which is amazingly comfortable, only downside is they don't hold on top of my head as well as my Oakleys, I can feel them wanting to fall off if I tilt my head down to look at something in a store, for example. It's my habit to put them on top of my head when I am out doing stuff, and go inside a building. Done it for years. Might have to start carrying a bag or case to put these in, or just use my Oakleys unless I know I'm going to be wearing them for hours. They are great driving shades too! Overall, I love them, and I wouldn't have bought them if I didn't also get a good price, so I am a happy camper all things considered. Would 100% recommend!

Worth the investment for eye problems!
Coming from someone who doesn't spend more than $30 on sunglasses I decided to buy them based on a recommendation from an eye doctor. I have astigmatism and autoimmune issues and have occasional dry eye and blurry vision, migraines and MS that resulted in optic neuritis and havent gotten full vision back. When I put these on I wished I didn't wait so long to get them! This isint a vanity purchase, for me this is another necessity for my medical needs. I am so much more comfortable having these, thank you! I would recommend these to anyone who has eye issues. Maybe not for everyone but definitely worth the try and investment. I wouldnt go back to anything else. However I wouldn't wear these if you are doing dusty hardworking etc for obvious reasons.

Style is good but not worth of the money with the quality
Broke in just 5 months...I only used it on weekends and for commuting between home and the office.Three days ago, when I tried to wear it, the arm broke...Considering the price I paid for these sunglasses, I really expected them to last much longer.

Very disappointed in Amazon on these glasses
This is my second pair of these glasses my first pair was from a sunglasses retail store. The sunglasses are great and from anywhere else are 5 stars. I am giving it only two because it did not come I original packaging. Instead, it came wrapped in a plain cellophane bag, in an unmarked white box. It also did not come with the glasses protective case that Maui Jims glasses always come with, it only came with a cleaner cloth. Amazon is charging full retail price for these and it appears that it was a customer return! If I'm paying well over $200 for designer glasses it should come with the manufacturers paperwork and the carrying case. I'm very disappointed with Amazon on this purchase and will be buying sunglasses elsewhere I the future.
