I took for about a week or two straight and didn’t notice much at all and honestly wasn’t sure if it was doing anything. He reviews is what made me purchase but I guess not all will have similitude results. At this moment I have stopped taking them and currently taking a liquid substance that’s been great and I’ve noticed a difference with. Also so many pills eventually is a turn off when they are not showing results. Especially with having a toddler here we’re always easy to take. I don’t always pop them all at once. Sometimes I’ll take one or two at a time. I will start up again with taking these vitamins and if I notice a change will let you know.
