I bought this bra to go under quite a low cut backless dress, and was a little sceptical about whether or not it would do the job. I needn't have worried! It sticks really well and isn't uncomfortable, and it gives me great cleavage (I generally don't have any). I haven't worn it for an extended period of time yet so can't comment on how long it stays stuck, but I have a feeling it won't be an issue.Overall very impressed!

Not effective for women with larger chests
If you have any chest beyond an A cup, it is unlikely this will actually have the width needed to grab all the way across the portion of your body it needs to hold in place.
