Great Chair, don't bother reading review, just get it :D
So I’ve gotten the previous version of this and given how much I love it, I decided it was time to buy one for my little bro.I haven’t seen him so happy sitting on a chair before. As for me, I feel like I’ll never go back to the traditional office chairs after expiring this. The advantages of this chair:-lumbar massage-Adjustable height (chair + arm rest)-Full 180 degrees so you can actually lay on it!-Foot rest-Tilt-able-Neck pillowI am pretty picky with my chair and have gone through the many many traditional leather office chairs as well as mesh chairs. I never thought I could find the perfect chair until I found this one. The ample amount of adjustability and features really sold me. On top of it, this chair is dead comfy. I could literally sleep in it (and I have)! I don’t think it’s quite common for a chair to fold out a full 180 and also have a leg rest. This for me is perfect. Now I’m not much of a gamer anymore since starting grad school however, I am required to sit for hours on my computer desk. I love that whenever I feel a bit tired, I can completely stretch out my body because of that full 180!!!When comparing this one with my previous version, I feel like they really did try to improve the flaw of the old one, which was that it was more likely to rip. This chair feels a bit thicker and higher quality than the last one :DAs for setup, it was pretty easy but I do recommend having a second hand to help you put up the backrest, you likely need someone to balance it. I estimate it takes a good 15-25 minutes to do it if you only use their included screws. Also note, their customer service is fantastic! If you have issues, you should email them about it before complaining!

Great price & comfortable chair
The media could not be loaded. As of only owning this chair for 2 weeks now, I want to say that I am completely content with keeping it at this point. I've went through a lot of reviews, written and recorded, and all that I can say is that I do not have the same issues as most people claim this chair has brought to them.I've researched for weeks, between this chair and several other, 'not so "professional" gaming chairs'. This one seemed to have the most reviews on YouTube. Well, at least, this is the one that I took a chance with.Other than the chair being squeaky while tilting the back rest, back and forth. Minor 'indents' in the sponge material, due to packaging faults. I cannot complain much about this chair. The video I have included states most of what I think about the chair. The only thing that I forgot to mention about in the recording, was the foot rest. Which, in any case, is a great foot rest. Or, more or less, a leg rest. Either way, it does its job.I have no issues with the chair, being I am 5'10" and under 170lbs. I would say that I am slightly disappointed with the fact that it is not made with memory foam, or any sort of foam, from what I have researched, in fact is apparently some sort of sponge. Not going to find out either way. But overall, for the price, this chair is completely suitable for someone looking to save money, or even a younger gamer.

Decent chair - a little nervous how long it will last.
I am not - not recommending it but buyer beware. The chair is significantly cheaper then some top line gamer chairs and you can see why when you take it out of the box. The instructions are absolutely abysmal (like Swedish furniture bad). It also utilizes fairly weak metal attaching back to seat and the use of plastic brackets for the leg kick out has me all kinds of nervous. The worst is the hardware quality - the bolts are a nightmare to get realigned and put back in. The base is not large enough - so there is some tip potential when you recline near horizontal. Although not sure why you would. That being said - after you struggle to get it together - it is a really decent chair for the price. I am 6’4” and it is comfortable with good support.Tips: Step 2 tells you to remove all the prescrewed bolts. Don’t. Just take the ones off for the item you are installing first - remember which bolt went where. The threads seem to align better that way. There is an extra bracket - it will freak you out where does it go. It is intentional...again I am guessing the foot rest bracket being plastic has broken already. On the under side of the armrests imprinted in the plastic is an L and R — wasn’t easy to see but heads up.

Budget for a reason
Solid C+, but if I had to buy again I would have spent more and went for a more solid chair. Its comfortable and looks nice, but I can definitely see where I saved money - quality. After less than a year of use, there is noticable wobble in the arm rests and the mount of the chair. It no longer sits flat - it leans forward or backwards.TLDR: if you're on a budget itll serve ya fine but if you have the money, spend the extra 150 and get something of a higher quality.

Comfortable chair with GREAT support
I've had this chair long enough to know it's been comfortable and durable. I sit in the chair approximately 10 hours for work, and then I use it as a gaming chair after, and it keeps my back and shoulders comfortable the whole time. I like the reclining feature. The ability to lay it out flat, and use the footrest makes it a great nap chair. However my favorite thing about this chair is that with support, they were there when I needed them. I had a part that needed to be replaced, and they responded to my request the same day. I've also included a picture so you can see the chair still looks like new after a few years.

Comfortable durable chair
My chair arrived today. One day sooner than expected. Fast delivery is always appreciated. The chair is easy to assemble. The directions are simple to follow. I spent a lot of time researching which chair to buy. My old one is about 15 years old and needed to be replaced. Buy a new office chair during the time of COVID, I discovered, is not easy. Thanks to a lot of people working now working from home quite a few of the chairs I looked at were out of stock. Of those available this one kept coming back to the top of my list. I was going to buy the other model but figured as this one is rated to 300lbs, while more expensive, should last longer. Once it was put together I turned on the massage unit and got to work. This chair is comfortable for me and I am 5'10. I then had my 6'2" teenage son sit in it and he gave it rave reviews as well. Definitely worth the purchase price.

A well-built and long-lasting gaming chair.
Like the title of this review says, this is a well-constructed gaming chair that has lasted me many years. The problem is that it's a gaming chair. While I doubt this particular brand will be used again to make this model of chair, there are a number of other products scattered across Amazon which are completely identical, likely made by the same manufacturer and to the same specifications with a different brand sewn onto them. To put it plain, unless you have a spine that was built backwards, this is not going to be comfortable for very long. Save your money and find a product that doesn't have the word "gaming" in any part of its description, and steer clear of anything that looks like a bucket seat.

Great quality budget gaming chair!
I ordered this chair after a lengthy hunt for a decent quality, budget computer chair. My existing chair was assisting in the demise of my back so I had to upgrade. The Ficmax came with several features other chairs of higher cost do not come with - a lumbar pillow (w/ USB powered massage/vibrate feature), a neck pillow, and a slide out foot rest. The physical quality of the material is actually quite good. The bum cushion may be a bit more firm than desired, likely basic foam and board construction, but generally OK and sturdy.Assembly was easy and quick. The package came with two small hex/phillips tools to put it all together. Instructions were clear. 20-30m tops.It rolls well, the handle for leaning back is sturdy and the lean function works great. The vibrating lumbar pillow is what it is. I'm not sure if it does much besides vibrate loudly, but its a fun thing to say you have. For my desk I found it couldn't drop seat height low enough (am 5'10") but am making due. The one complaint I would have is that the massage pillow adds additional wiring connected to your seat, and as a fidgety gamer, tends to either pull at the PC USB ports or get pulled from its connector. Thanks for the great chair Ficmax!

Extremely subpar quality for the price
Chair has been in use now for 4 months (bought as Christmas gift early dec, built) and for reference this was bought as a replacement for a chair bought 10 years ago for $150 and im 6'4" 220lbs. Specifically bought for large amount of padding.Pros:- has all the options i want in a gaming chair- rocking, reclining, adjustable arm rests....etcCons- they are almost all executed poorly with little apparent forethought or quality controls- Footrest, while novel, isnt really useful unless reclining which has its own issues. Its placement is awkward and its too small. Hard ridge that outlines the top of the foot rest (Its more of a upper calf rest for me) is hard, raised and uncomfortable- reclining with lumbar support and head rest is completely uncomfortable for someone my height, probably for most people 5'10"+. The supports move oddly with the chair back when reclining, you have to adjust yourself to match them- removing supports means sitting much further back and there is far less padding in the seat back there- The only place there is 5" of padding is the front which will quickly, permanently, deform to the point its only 2" of compressed foam and the sides of your legs now sit on the hard raised sides.- the padding at the back where you sit is AT MOST 2" thick and again will quickly deform and compress till the point its 0.5" of hard foam (or hard wooden base) you're sitting on.Contacted support for padding and an issue with the arms wobblingThey sent me a video on how to tighten the bolts (i had missed completely tightening bolts underneath) but for the padding issue the only response i got was (paraphrasing) "its going to happen, buy a cushion"When i replied back i didn't find that an acceptable answer after 4 months of use, no response.

Great chair but like anything good it needs work to setup
Love the chair! I've been working from home for a year and my back (and glutes) was starting to feel the effects of my Staples bought office chair. The chair was a nightmare to assemble for me. I tried doing it solo and getting the back attached to the seat took forever. It needed a lot of force and I really struggled with it. This could 100% be a personal issue because I've seen videos of people assembling this in 10 minutes by themselves, no problem. The chair itself is great. Has great lumbar and neck support and looks great. The recline function is great and feels really sturdy. I could sleep in this chair. Adjustable armrests are a pleasant surprise. The leg-rest does seem a little flimsy but it does come with extra bracket and screws in case something happens.Overall very happy with the purchase. Just wish the assembly wasn't so rough.
