Great little chap
Have to say it is a great piece of kit. Fitted it to my grey water area on the boat for when the shower water gathers. Empties straight away automatically, great to have the manual facility also, but not been required as yet.

Terrible!! Dont even bother!!
Cheap piece of rubbish.. bought to replace a dead bilge on my rib.It runs on manual fine...Switch it to auto & it kicks in when level sets off float switch.. soo far soo good.Then when water is cleared... it pulses and pulses.. and pulses.. on and off.. on and off.. and never turns off. You have to physically turn it off at the switch.If left to its own devices, it'll burn out the motor and stop working.. meaning your boat will sink... and/or drain your battery leaving you stranded.. avoid like the plague!!

Depth of water
Needs to be in a boat with a sump as the switch doesn't trigger until 4 to 6 inches of water and switches off far too early. I bought for my Trout fishing boat which doesn't have a sump.......hope this helps others
