Good phone overall.
Its been 2 weeks and it does the job. Battery lasts 4-5 days with ~ 2 hours of talking, calls are clear, its light in weight. Excellent value for money.I'd have given a 5 * if I could adjust font size, theme and get rid of FM radio button (its the center button in the scroll up, down, left, right button, so elders may press it while scrolling. so even if FM is there, if I can disable the center button to reduce to clutter that would work).Black background and white letters is easy for elders to read. Its now bright blue and I can't change it. There is no value in offering a camera of 0.1 MPX and could instead just offer a better quality speaker. Do the most essential things right and well. Happy overall. Here's my suggestion around critical features for the elderly for their product team's eye and how well this model does:font size: 3/5background color options, (theme) - 2/5- I took a black photo by covering the lens and placed it as background as a work around but can't change the blue background while scrolling names.call mic clarity - 4/5call speaker clarity - 4/5ring clarity and options - 5/5battery life - 4/5ease of holding (form) - 4/5charging port (micro USB any day preferred than 3.5 or 2 mm) - 5/5customization options: 2/5 (home screen and button functions clutter can be tough for some elders - can't disable FM radio or customize Home display screen items such as network, second sim name - all most want to see in home screen are time/date).SOS - not used, N/Avoice over for numbers - not used, N/AAfter sales support: 5/5 (in touch on WhatsApp and answered questions promptly and even recorded a video to show how to remove back cover)

Good phone for calls and light music, but not so great display
A very good phone for someone who just wants to make calls and listen to music. It has some very nice unique features including wire less FM, dedicated torch switch, SOS. Sound is good enough for listening to radio / music. Hooked on to network also quickly. Keys can be assigned as short cut to phones nos - but the feature is a bit hidden under phone book menu. Each contact can have only one phone number - so multiple number of same person need to be saved with different names. Camera is practically useless. Big keys are comfortable to work with.I just hated the display... cant change the font size and therefore even moderately long names and text do not show completely and scrolls with pathetic slow speed. Also can't customize home screen - to remove operator name etc.

Connectivity issues
I was very much satisfied with the look of the phone.. Large keypad.. Its very easy to use.. Problem was with connectivity.. I have used 3 sim cards on the phone, the call used to drop after 1min..sometimes after 3 minutes.. After which i couldnt call via this phone nor recieve any call for about 15 to 20 minutes.. I thought it was some sim related issue.. So i tried calling/recieving calls using a different phone(i used the same sim cards).. It was working perfectly.. I have further checked all the call settings, phone settings, network settings on the phone.. Was not able to resolve it.. If there's any solution to this.. Let me know..

Opportunity to make an awesome senior phone missed by the manufacturer.
Speakerphone - louder and clearer than easyfoneSize of numbers on keypad - bigger than easyfone.Talking keypad for numbers - louder and clearer than easyfonePhonebook contact selection background colour - blue. This makes it almost impossible for elders to read the selected text (contact name). Same problem with easyfone.SPEED DIAL - ABSENT

I recommend the materials used to prepare phone should have been ...
Though the quality of the phone is ordinary but it meets the needs of the senior citizen ,I recommend the materials used to prepare phone should have been a bit better than the present one

Got my money's worth
Excellent phone with affordable pricing. I bought this phone for my dad but one of my Doctor cousin got so impressed with the phone that he took it from me instantly.. Big key pad will certainly help the elderly in making calls which comes with the voice command. A handy phone for small children going to school so that they can use it on emergency basis. All in all " I got my money's worth".. looking for their next product

You get what you pay for!
This is a bad mobile phone, based on the experience of my father. I should not have been tempted by its low price. In 2014, I had sent a Philips Xenium X2566 (for senior citizens) to him. It served him well for three years. He was very happy with it. But he could not find its battery anywhere. Besides, it seems that Philips has stopped manufacturing those phones. Hence, I sent this Scosmos phone to him recently. He hates it as much as he loved the Philips phone.
