Ordered this suffer generalised anxiaty plus difficulty sleeping . This has been a real game changer it works amazing if I use immediately I start feeling anxious this helps so much. I hold it to go to sleep and sleeping so much better . I have 2 now 1 at home and one in my bag can't recommend these high enough

I don't know how this works, but it does. I turn it on when I go to bed, read a few pages of my book, then settle and am often asleep within 10 minutes. This is a huge improvement because I used to toss & turn for an hour or more before giving up trying to sleep and getting out of bed.

The strap has broken 2 days after purchasing it. Poor quality.

Don’t ask me how it works, but suffice to say it just does! I can only think it produces a tingly sensation that stops me mulling over my days before and helps me relax.

Even on the lowest setting, this felt like unpleasant little electric shocks on the palm of my hand, and if accidentally touched with the fingertips, it became positively painful! I sent it back.
