Its good product but compare to atomberg its not at all upto mark

Bought in May 2025, and it has been giving trouble right from the beginning. The fan abruptly stops with a loud noise after working fine for some time. Complained and a service engineer came and said he would replace the PCB, but even after 3 months, there has been no response from the support team except a standard email saying we will address the issue soon. Highly unreliable BLDC fan and poor customer support. Nobody even calls up.

( i have to get avoid fitting of upper cover while fitting of my fan.LED light is not worthy ,could be made much attractive in this price.Lacquered Paint finish is easily scractable during handling.Fan is noisy above 3rd same as old models.Improper and confusing adjustments in downroad for Safety wire fitting. Incomplete information on guidelines paper.Overall, overcharged in price. Less delivered in product.
