I've tried 4 other brands of mastic before coming to Greco Gum. They have, by far, the best overall quality of any others. Great taste that never fades, only becomes brittle after frequent inactivity (this is normal), I've chewed the same pinch for 8 hours at a time.For the uninitiated, you take in pinch by pinch until you are satisfied with the size and then chew away; some pieces may be soft, but most are hard so mix them in. It's okay to swallow the juice or some pieces (aids in digestion, great after meals), and it's an excellent snacking deterrent especially at work. Your jaw will hurt, it will pop and crack, etc until your jaw gets more used to it. This is intentional and desired.My jaw muscles are much stronger now. I can breathe through my nose all the time, my throat doesn't hurt after waking up (reduces or eliminates snoring), and I don't get tension headaches or migraines anymore.Cannot recommend it enough.

Great stuff! There is a lot of gum in this package. Definitely know what you are buying when it comes to mastic gun. It is very different than normal gum.

The majority of it is good, I did get some softer pieces, and a good few at the bottom of the tin that tasted musty if it wasn't for that it would be 5/5. Nice tin and good flavor besides the aformentioned, bit to sticky aswell

Expensive, but great quality.

It's too hard it's very unpleasant to chew in my opinion and I went into it gung-ho about trying to get a better jawline and stuff like that and just overall oral health. You probably could get used to it but I just didn't think that the benefits would outright weigh sticking with it.

I love Greco Gum. It’s a an excellent 1-ingredient chewing gum that has a good flavor and provides a great jaw workout. I appreciate the convenience of Amazon shipping as well.
