They are large enough to fit a size 11wide shoe size & stay above the shoe.
I ordered these for my husband, I like these because they come just over the top of his grey Nike tennis shoes. The white socks with the grey shoes looked terrible. Now the low grey ones blend with his shoes, so they look good with any color shorts & t-shirt.

Look nice, not much padding
These look nice, though they have very minimal padding. I run four miles most days, and they are decent for that. We'll see if they hold up.
