I find these,six capsule contents to a carton are a very good as the starter to make soya yoghurt some others do not work. I always use Alpro Organic soya milk,other makes watery result, recently the Alpro soya milk needs a couple of the acidophilus capsules to work together with pot of previous batch of soya yoghurt. I doubt Alpro have changed the soya milk but this is the case

Got these for work am Cabin Crew so always getting bloated, horrible! But so far these are really working! If feel it coming I take one and it disappears! Highly recommend! Strange taste on your tongue if you lay it on there too long without water 😊

For me these are essential helps with digestion so much and fixed my excessive gas after the first use! Definitely be buying more when I run out.
