This stuff is natural, and amazing. Gives u the trace minerals your body needs to function properly and keep illnesses away. The table salt at the store is awful for your health and causes illnesses. (Research “how bad is cheap store salt for your body”). This has upscales the flavor of my food, and it’s healthy! I forget how much good salt does for the flavor of your food. It’s night & day from the table salt in restaurants and in the store. I have a small container I keep in my purse when we go out… yeah, that’s how much of a difference this stuff makes!!! I don’t need to cut back on it because it’s actually good for your body. Imagine that!I give a pinch to my dogs in their rice or on their food so they get the minerals they need too. 🐾💕

I’ve been using the Sante Grey Coarse Sea Salt from the Celtic Sea Salt for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. I read that taking a grain daily with water helps replenish electrolytes naturally, and I prefer this method over drinking pre-made electrolyte drinks. It’s a simple, natural option that works well for me.The bag is a great size and should last a long time, so it’s a good value for the price. Considering how I'm using it, I think it’s a perfect amount for my needs. Plus, the quality of the salt is great, and it has a nice, clean taste. Definitely a staple in my routine now!

This salt is unrefined organic sea salt. It has 82 plus minerals and hand harvested otherwise a lot healthier for you. It is acourse salt and has a little moisture to it. I use it in heavy dishes like stir fries and spaghetti. Wow what a wonderful flavor. You can also get it in a finer grain. Have a wonderful day

Tastes delicious. Texture is different from sea salt. Use in cooking and just when I have a salt craving.

Great taste overall. Not “salty” and very interesting in taste. Was surprised by how wet/moist the product was. If this company could improve anything it would be the bag as it doesn’t close so I had to put the sea salt in another container.

Fantastic, but get Fine Ground

Celtic Sea Salt was recommended by a doctor. I tried it and love it. This is NOT table salt. Its granules are large so you can put it in a mill if you'd like. NOTE: A little will do if using in original size. I have a small wooden spoon that I repurposed to sprinkle the salt which my portion size in a safe zone. It also allows me to get that wonderful salt flavor with each bite. This salt is wonderful!
