Great stove!
This is a really well made little stove. I did make a couple of adjustment to the door latch to seal a little better and also cut some fire brick panels to go in the bottom and some bricks around the lower sides. This stove gets extended use in a 10x14 canvas wall tent and works great . You can damper it down if you are using a pipe damper and will hold fire for about 6 hours. It is easy to over fire this stove. It has a big fire box for its size. Don't over fill it. I now have 2 of them . Good to cook on ,also.

Don't waste your money
Used on a Montana elk hunting trip. Weather was cold & stove wasn't big enough. Construction of door & hinges suck. NOT IMPRESSED!

Nice, Simple Stove
I bought this stove last summer to be the source of heat in my wood burning sauna. I have finished the sauna and used the stove a good few dozen times so feel I can share some thoughts about the stove. In a word the stove is great; nice solid construction and simple design. I particularly like that it uses a standard 6" stovepipe so adding the pipe was easy (size is readily available), also this size stovepipe for a small stove creates a great "draw" for the stove; no smoke in the sauna!! The stove has a heavy steel baffle between the firebed and the stovepipe which helps the heat not escape so quickly. The stove heats my 6'x8' foot sauna fairly quickly to the desired 190 degrees; it's easy to adjust with the stovepipe dampner and the draw in the stove body. I am using pine and building scraps as wood right now and once I have a good bed of coals the stove will burn for 2-3 hours without more wood. With harder wood I would think it could burn a bit longer but doubt it would ever hold coals overnight (I don't think any small stove would, even though some say they will!!), I would think this stove would also heat a small cabin, ie, 12'x16' well also. No complaints nice stove, classic looks, finished well, draws well, I think given the workmanship it should last many, many years.

Not good for high heat.
It worksEdit: This is not meant to handle high heat. The metal has severely warped and the bottom edge that connects to the lower panel and the side has opened up exposing jumping coals to the room, and it sucks up the air so the airflow on the door is useless. This couldn't even hold up to one winter in a 10x14 canvas tent before being unusable.

Hot Stuff
I bought it for the back of my Motor home (converted bus) I've closed off the back section of the motor home and have about 60 square feet to heat......Add a little water to the flame and I could have a sauna it is that warm. I noted someone asked if you could cook on it and I would have to say 'no'. I have a difficult time just warming water in a peculator for a cup of coffee.. But it does a great job for the purpose I purchased it for...

Good stove
With a few modifications the stove is great only have 2 issues with the stove 1- wasnโt enough air holes for the fire to breathe so I drilled out the little handle and drilled 2 more holes, now it works great 2- The hole for the 6โ pipe doesnโt fit a 6โ pipe Had to buy a set of pipe crimpers and crimp and bend and hammer the pipe into the stove
