Better than advertised!
Took advantage of the Amazon $100 off discount! Delivered way earlier than expected. Apparently it was being shipped only an hour away from here. And, I'm glad, cause the weather is perfect today. Assembly was simple. It took me about 45 minutes to unbox and put together. Test drove it in the school parking lot. Good thing I did. I had to make adjustments and I highly recommend TEST DRIVING first!!The brakes were not really good at first. In fact almost non-existent!! But, thankfully I just had to make the simple adjustment of tightening the brake line. I also adjusted the front fork alignment. Front and rear lights worked. Seat is very comfortable.Once all those adjustments were made, I turned it on and rode around the lot for about 1/2 hour. Then I took it our on a short 7 mile ride. Bike is better than I thought!! It easily handled the steep hills. The brakes worked very well. (Good thing I tested the bikes earlier!) Shifting gears was smooth and the 5 PAS levels worked perfect.I know it's only one ride, but I believe I made the right choice of E-Bike!

Fun and cool after you put it together
Front tires are a little hard to install. A helper comes in handy to lift the handle bar while standing over the battery pack. Make sure you line up the brake pads with the disc during the installation, it’s hard to see as the pads kind of float at first.Everything else is easy. Scan the barcode in the instruction manual for a decent video. Note that the front forks sit on the bolt which seems weird.Brakes will sound like they’re scraping at first but don’t worry it goes away after a few miles. The tires are crap, the standard tubes leak constantly. Replace with solid core, which is hard but worth it.The bike runs great after installation is complete. The battery lasts for multiple trips with a handy heads up screen that displays battery power, speed, and odometer including average. PAS (power assist system on five will hit 24 mph adjustable in the left mounted key pad. Power on and off by holding the center button.Lights and horn buttons are clickable on the left handle bar under the key pad. Horn will have you looking for a coyote with an ACME rocket. The accelerator gets some getting used too as the throttle band is a section on the right, not a full twist grip.Rear brake light flashes during braking, and stay on when the lights are on.Seat is comfortable, and there are mounting points for baskets etc.You can pedal for exercise or watch people look as you coast up hill without pedaling :)

Good buy for the price point
Well constructed and overall nice especially for the price. Cheap genders and chain guard take away unfortunately

Still getting used to this (my first) e-bike, my rating may change.
My bike arrived earlier than it's projected delivery date in what I can only call a redicoulously well packaged box. Have a good pair of scissors and a box gutter for all the zip ties. I have plenty experience working on bikes so the included manual and tools were all I needed. That said, I can understand that some people, spending a decent chunk of change on this bike may be inexperienced in bike putting together so I'm going to offer some advice.1) Look at your bike as if you were already riding it. Your left hand is the left side of the bike.2) Pedal installation, the part of each pedal that threads into the crank is marked L and R on the threaded end of each pedal. Put the pedal marked L on the crank on the left side of the bike, R on the right. On both of the pedals you must thread them on by turning them towards the front of the bike. This ensures both pedals are always pushed towards tighten as you pedal.3) The tail light only works with the bike powered on, the headlight works if the bike is not powered up also. If you are not aware you could leave the headlight on and drain your battery.4) This is a heavy bike, much heavier than a regular bike, I doubt anyone would enjoy pedaling home with a dead battery. Just be aware.I am 60 years old and have already had difficulty getting up the four steps to my front door. I'm sure I will figure that issue out though.5) Having someone to lift the front of the bike while you install the front tire is a big help.6) You may have to disconnect the headlight and straighten the wire in order for it to make it to the mounting place. I had to on mine.7) The computer on the bike says the bike is traveling at 25mph but I'm not really convinced it is accurate. I have to check it against a GPS app.8) That's about all the wisdom I got at this point. It was not a difficult put together at all. The bike is peppy, zippy even. Looks good, I even found the seat comfortable and it matched the hand grip to boot.I am pretty sure I will be upgrading the tires sooner than later but I do that with a lot of new bikes. If any of this info helps even one person I am happy I spent the time to write it.Happy New Year!

Awesome e-bikes
I bought 2 of the Vefreedom CityRang 2.0 bikes and they exceeded my expectations. Great value for the money. Excellent quality and I love the color of the bikes - I went with white.

Easy assembly, looks amazing! Fun ride (support available by email if you need!)
Delivered before estimated date, took two of us about 2 hours to assemble, video was very helpful to see the stages. Very attractive looking, had all the features we were looking for - honestly we haven’t taken it on the road yet, will report back riding -update - been on thy three rides now, as a first time e-bike user it was easy to figure out how the gears and throttle work. I don’t think the MPH is accurate, I emailed the bike support but have not heard back, I think there is an adjustment you can make for that, taking off one star for that.Update - I was finally able to reach the vendor by email and receive the bike support manual. I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars once again - Thank you for the contact and info. I do LOVE the bike and I'm very happy with it.

Good electric bike
Nice bike, easy to assemble. The throttle doesn't work, might to take it to the shop to fix wiring. I haven't tested the battery capacity yet.
