This is an excellent product. It complemented my teas really well. I love that it’s flavorless and has a fine texture, making it super versatile. One of the best parts is that I didn’t experience any stomach cramps, which is a huge plus with bio.me. The only slight drawback is that it didn’t mix as smoothly as I hoped but when talking to bio.me they suggested mixing with yogurt so that worked well for me. Overall, I’m really happy with it and excited to keep incorporating it into my routine!

This fiber supplement contains a good amount of fiber and should help with gut heath and digestion. It is a fine white powder that can be mixed in water or juice for ingestion. I add a spoonful to my morning OJ to get some added daily fiber. My main complaint is that the supplement does not dissolve readily in liquid. It clumps together, sticks to the spoon and/or glass, and takes quite a bit of effort to get it dissolved into the liquid. Even once dissolved, you need to drink up quickly or it will settle back out again to the bottom of the glass. It also makes your drink slightly grainy or chalky tasting, since it never really properly dissolves. Would prefer a more soluble fiber supplement.

Wow!! So impressed with this product! I purchased the Chai flavor and it’s surprisingly yummy! First, I tried it hot with almond milk before bed. It was such a yummy treat. It tasted so rich and flavorful. The powder dissolves quickly. I also tried it in my morning tea with a little steamed milk and it was delicious. From a digestive perspective, I can tell you it’s doing it job and causing no unpleasant side effects. This is a 10 out of 10!

Love how this product is very gentle on my stomach and is a Prebiotic from resistant potato starch. It blend easy but honestly wished it had flavor to it. While it does make it easy to add to what ever food items but still would love flavor to it personally.

I really enjoy adding this powder to my yogurts or smoothies! It’s easier to mix in yogurts/smoothies/ or oats than it is with water and other liquids. Nonetheless, it’s a great way to add some fiber to your diet!

I like the unflavored one, so I can mix it into literally anything I am already planning to drink- so convenient! I typically mix it in my coffee or water bottle every morning. It blends in easily and leaves no chunky residue. I have been using it for 1 week straight and already noticed less bloating. Definitely give it a try!
