Bought this item a few days back. The suction power is good and the unit is easy to use. It is quite effective and useful too. However, after continuous use for about 10-15 minutes, it shuts down and takes about an hour to re start. Checking with then vendor if its a problem or how to overcome this.On line product registration is cumbersome as the link is not opening!

Agaro is the most pathetic brand, product gets heated in 2 mins and u can't return the product because they want to check the product. Once u agree to that they will give date of technician visit 10 days after when replacement window is closed. And customer care is trying to console u in a nice way and u know u prodcured a product from. Pathetic brand without customer ethics.Despite putting this they will not even take any action
